I used Crest Whitestrips for my wedding, and they worked, but only lightened my teeth a couple of shades. I guess I’ve just always wanted to try laser whitening anyway, though, so maybe that’s why I wasn’t completely satisfied.

I do have a friend that recently got married and used a true red lipstick. I would have never been brave enough to go so bold, but the true red color contrasted beautifully with her wedding dress!

Eric and I tried the teeth whitening for our wedding, and it totally didn’t work at all. But that was just us I guess, our teeth are too tough! Good suggestion with the lipstick though

I also recommend to every bride (or anyone getting their picture taken) to avoid brick red lipstick and use true red instead. The red lipsticks with orange or yellow undertones make your teeth look yellow, particularly in pictures. Using true red or reds with blue undertones will really make your teeth look brighter and whiter.

I use over-the-counter teeth whitener .. the Crest one that comes in the little nail polish like bottle. It works really well for me, but I don’t drink coffee or smoke.
