Did you think your wedding cake was expensive? Listen to this; Mimi So Jewelers teamed up with cake designer Nahid La Patisserie Artisitique to create the world’s most expensive cake baking in at $20 million dollars. This cake contained many unique items including diamonds and was displayed at the Luxury Brands Bridal Show in Beverly Hills on October 22, 2006.
I couldn’t imagine eating a cake that was once a home for diamonds. To be honest, the cake doesn’t even look very attractive. In my opinion, the cake is way too cluttered and has too many things going on. What do you think?

WOW! I have never seen a cake so ugly cost so much! It is only because of the diamonds, all they did was stick them into the cake and TA DA expensive!

I can’t help but wonder if they just baked a funny looking cake with a lot of fondant, and stuck some really expensive jewelry in it? It doesn’t look like it has a great design or layout, just a bunch of sparsely placed rings and jewels. I wish I could get away with that in web design!

It looks more like they were trying to showcase the jewelry, not the cake. And who the heck makes a cake you can’t eat?!
