I find it so refreshing that while many would expect and would themselves, if in Jenna’s shoes, chosen an elaborate White House wedding with all the trimmings of the Washington elite, she instead chose to be herself by opting for a less glamorous event in Texas. I also find Jenna’s wishes to have a private affair a breath of fresh air. Compare that to everybody and their dog trying to catch their 15-minutes on YouTube and all of the hupla over celebrities and their personal lives. More power to Jenna and her groom! May they have all the happiness they can handle! She sounds like a young woman with a very good head on her shoulders, not in the clouds!

I would’ve just loved to have been able to see this wedding. I can’t believe her father wouldn’t allow any picture and any press! I am curious what dress Jenna wore, since her body type is very similar to mine and I am getting married in June of ‘10.
