Google co-founder and billionaire Larry Page married his girlfriend Lucy Southworth this past Saturday. The couple held their ceremony on a tiny Caribbean island owned by Richard Branson, the owner of Virgin Group. Branson also served as Larry’s best man.
The bride is currently studying for a Ph.D. in Biomedical Informatics at Stanford - the same university that Larry attended for his doctorate before he decided to drop out and pay 100% attention to Google.
600 guests were flown on private planes to the ceremony on Branson’s Necker Island. Celebrity guests included the likes of Bono, Leonardo DiCaprio and Johnny Deep. It was rumored that all the guest signed confidentialty agreements about the day’s events.
Can you imagine how posh this wedding must have been??
